90 Minute Pro Tips Details

Bike Private Lesson Details

• Our private lessons are ideal for up to three people of similar mountain biking ability. Max 3 participants.
• All lessons must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to receive the pre-book rate.
• Downhill bike required and not included. If you need rentals, please book 48 hours in advance and show up for your fitting prior to 9:30 AM at the Trestle Bike Shop.
• Lift Access is required and not included in the lesson price. Discounted Lesson Lift Tickets are available for lesson participants on the day of their lesson.

New to mountain biking and want to start ripping down trails? This beginner-friendly lesson will take you through all the basics like gearing, form, and technique in a judgement-free setting. (Not to mention, you’ll get great views of the Rockies and wildlife while you’re at it.) Lessons start in the afternoon and are available for first timers and green level riders. |

Intro to Downhill Lesson Details

• Rental includes a full suspension bike, full face helmet, pads, and gloves.
• Please arrive between 12:00 PM - 1:15 PM to ensure enough time for your bike fitting.
• All lessons will meet outside the Trestle Bike Shop across from Starbucks.
• Riders enrolled in a lesson will not need to visit will call to pick up their lift tickets; lift tickets will be given to you during your rental fitting.
